Please Note: Use of the park is restricted to dogs that have been approved by Shaggy Pines Dog Park. Approval requires proof of bordatella vaccination, distemper vaccination, rabies vaccination, a negative fecal test and a brief interview of you and your dog with a staff member. Membership Information

Choose a Membership Plan that best suits the needs of you and your dog(s).
All Memberships require a one-time Initiation Fee of $39 regardless of the number of dogs covered in the membership.
Choose the duration of your membership. All rates are guaranteed for the length of the membership.
Each membership includes one (1) dog, additional dogs under the Gold Plan are $100 each.
NOTE: Payment is required in full on your first visit to the Park after approval of the temperament test.
Each membership includes one (1) dog, additional dogs are $1278 each.
NOTE: Payment is required in full on your first visit to the Park after approval of the temperament test.
Each membership includes one (1) dog, additional dogs under the Silver Plan are $58 each.
NOTE: Payment is required in full on your first visit to the Park after approval of the temperament test.
Each membership includes one (1) dog, additional dogs under the Visitor Plan are $5 each.
NOTE: Payment is required in full on your first visit to the Park after approval of the temperament test.

Contract Regulations and Agreement

By signing this contract you, the Buyer(s), have purchased for your dog(s) a membership to Shaggy Pines Dog Park LLC. Buyer(s) agree that the membership fee is non-refundable unless Shaggy Pines Dog Park LLC is no longer able to provide a substantial number of the services offered when this contract was signed, in which case Buyer(s) will receive a prorated refund.

Buyer(s) agree that the membership is not transferable to another dog owner. Other dogs owned by the Buyer(s) may be substituted for those named on the application provided they are approved by the park management.

Additional dogs owned by the Buyer(s) may be added to those named above provided the dogs are approved by the park management and the difference in membership rate is paid.

Buyer(s) may cancel this contract without penalty and receive membership refund (minus initiation fee) within 7 calendar days of the date membership begins. For pay-as-you-go (monthly) memberships, the buyers are required to furnish Shaggy Pines Dog Park LLC with a thirty day notice of cancellation. Also, if your membership lapse's for a period greater than 6-months, a $39 initiation fee will be assessed and your pet will need to be re-screened. Member agrees to keep dog(s) current on all required vaccinations. Member will be billed as scheduled regardless of account status. Shaggy Pines Dog Park LLC reserves the right to deny entry to the facility or membership in the facility for any reason, and to terminate membership or expel a person and/or dog from the facility for any reason . If Shaggy Pines Dog Park LLC terminates a membership the corporation reserves the right to return pro-rated fees or no fees.

Indemnity Agreement, Release And Waiver Of Liability

Shaggy Pines Dog Park LLC, has created a park for dogs and their owners and guests to enjoy together. I understand that the use of this park and other Shaggy Pines Dog Park facilities means that I am taking certain risks of injury to myself, my guests, my dog, and my property. I realize that when dogs are around strange people and other dogs, some accidents or injuries may result, and that dogs, people, and property might be injured or damaged.

Because I want to use and enjoy Shaggy Pines Dog Park and its facilities, I hereby agree to assume these risks for myself, my guests, my property, and my dog(s). I agree that it is solely my responsibility to determine whether Shaggy Pines Dog Park property itself and any particular situation involving other members, guest(s), and dog(s) is safe for myself, my guest(s), my property, and my dog(s).

In exchange for the opportunity to use Shaggy Pines Dog Park, I hereby release and discharge Shaggy Pines Dog Park and its officers, directors, members, and employees from any and all liability, claims, demands, causes of action, loss, damage or injury to person or property, including any death or serious injury which may result while I or my guest(s) or my dog(s) are at Shaggy Pines Dog Park.

I further agree to hold harmless and indemnify Shaggy Pines Dog Park for any claims, causes of action, or lawsuits asserted against Shaggy Pines Dog Park or its officers, directors, members, and employees that are asserted because of any action or inaction of me, my guest(s), or my dog(s). This indemnification shall include the costs of actual attorney fees and costs.

I have read, understand, and agree to abide by all of the Contract Regulations, Shaggy Pines Dog Park LLC Rules, and the Indemnity Agreement, Release, and Waiver of Liability. I understand that Shaggy Pines Dog Park LLC management reserves the right to alter or amend its rules at any time.
